Lake Forest Mall is located at 5700 Read Boulevard Suite # 16, in New Orleans Louisiana. Lake Forest Mall hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm and on Sunday from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Holiday hours may vary at Lake Forest Mall.
Lake Forest Mall is home to terrific retailers like Avenue, After Hours Formal Wear, Foot Locker, K.B. Toys, and Radio Shack. Lake Forest Mall was constructed in 1974 and was remodeled in 1988. Later around 2000, the mall was purchased by another real estate developer, and although the livelihood of the mall has declined in the past, the hopes for Lake Forest Mall are great. In fact, after Six Flags was established nearby the mall, Lake Forest Mall has seen an increase in visitors and with new revitalization plans in the works surrounding Lake Forest Mall; the mall shows significant promise in the future.
The food court in Lake Forest Mall was once a skating rink, but was changed over to a food court during renovations in 1988. Plus, after the renovations that included changes in the mall’s décor, shoppers will find dining delightful at Lake Forest Mall—the mall is incredibly well kept and bathed in gorgeous pastels. Afterwards, visitors can opt to walk off their meals in the mall walker’s program offered at Lake Forest Mall or they can catch a movie at The Grand—the movie theater at Lake Forest Mall.
